For the first time, an entire book is dedicated to the topic of soccer graffiti. In other words: hundreds of photos, exclusive interviews with the protagonists of the scene and writers’ stories draw attention to a phenomenon that has existed ever since Ultras have been present in German stadiums. 665 pages The idea The book Football Graffiti was born out of the need to portray the most active Ultras scenes in this field and let them have their say. There is an easy answer as to why. Never before has this subject been dealt with in such detail. Still ridiculed years ago, football-related graffiti has gained in quality in many places and has become a fixed point of reference for clubs and cities. It was time to document this in detail. Work on this project began in 2015 and will be completed in 2020. The book goes far beyond an illustrated book – detailed interviews and writer stories provide unprecedented insights into the various views and experiences of its protagonists. It thus lays claim to becoming a standard work on soccer graffiti.
